The Gourmet Food Mall is a webstore for gourmet products and specialty foods. We use the GFM for online ordering. All orders are secure and safe.

What is Chocolate Pizza?
Chocolate Pizza is our special blend of milk or dark chocolate mixed with delicious ingredients,shaped in a pizza round and topped with tempting morsels and additional chocolate ribbons. The pizza masterpiece is then carefully wrapped and boxed in our signature pizza box.

What is your return policy?
In the event of damage or shortage of product in transit,file all claims with F.S. Chocolatiers, Inc within 24 hours of receipt. F.S. Chocolatiers, Inc is not responsible for damage or shortage which occurs in transit. The product cannot be returned. All retail orders are shipped via UPS. Customer bears the risk of damage and loss once shipper receives the product.

How do you ship orders?
We ship UPS, orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. We ship orders Monday through Wednesday, Standard Overnight Monday through Thursday. Orders received Thursday through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Do you ship during the summer months?
Orders shipped during summer months and to warm weather climates will need to be shipped 2 day or standard overnight. Your order will be packed with a gel pack for an additional charge of $2.50. This additional charge will be reflected on your final billing statement. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to a $15 shipping surcharge. No international shipments are available at this time.
